Microsoft Office:-

            Microsoft is the name of a software company and it was developed by Bill Gates in 1981.

          It is application software; it consists upon four major packages. MS Word, MS Excel, MS     Power    Point and                  MS Access.

        Microsoft Word:-

MS Word is the first package of MS Office. It is used to make documents, we can write          essays, letters, applications, notes, time tables and CV etc.

     Microsoft Excel:-  

MS Excel is the second package of MS Office. It is for making spread sheets and it contains rows and columns. It is used for mathematical work.

       Microsoft PowerPoint:-

             It is third package of MS Office. It is used for making slides and through these slides we can    prepare                                 our  presentation.

        Microsoft Access:-

            It is fourth package of MS Office. It is used for making data base through tables.
